With over seven years of professional pedagogical experience spanning prestigious music institutions and private studios, my teaching philosophy is rooted in a fundamental principle: exceptional musical development occurs when the pedagogical approach adapts to the individual.
My pedagogical framework is deeply informed by my own training under some of the world’s most esteemed violinists and classical pedagogues. The technical stability, physical ease, and interpretive discipline I impart to my students are directly shaped by the insights and lineages of masters such as Boris Kuschnir, Lutsia Ibragimova, Stephanie Gonley, Krzysztof Smietana, Dalibor Karvay, and Mimi Zweig. This background helps me quickly identify issues and give you clear, healthy ways to fix them, whatever your current level is.
Over the course of my career, I have taught across prominent music academies, schools, and youth orchestras in Europe. My faculty appointments and workshop leadership include engagements with Guildhall Young Artists (GYA) and GYA Norwich, Ealing Junior Music School, Music Tree Music School, Pelican Music, DEA Music Academy, and the Orquestra Jove de la Selva.
This extensive institutional background has provided me with a wide understanding of diverse educational framework, from young talents to dedicated adult learners.
While my studio provides a supportive and inspiring environment, it is grounded in absolute structural rigor to ensure continuous advancement. Every student receives a detailed weekly practice plan outlining specific focus points, goals, and exercises designed to help the independent practice.
I am very familiar with the requirements of major examination boards, and my students consistently achieve high marks in both ABRSM and Trinity assessments.
Furthermore, to work on performance confidence and community, I host group Performance Classes once or twice per term, offered both in person in Vienna and via an interactive online platform.
I provide violin tuition through both in-person instruction in Vienna and online. For international students or those seeking regular long-distance learning, my digital studio is accessible via https://musicteachers.co.uk/musicteacher/Erola/RfQSXtKXvI, where prospective students can view current availability and manage bookings directly.
Whether you're preparing for a conservatory audition, working toward an exam, have fun learning a new skill or simply looking to improve your playing, we will build a plan tailored to your specific goals.
